項目簡介

位於西灣堤畔對開海面60米處的融和門是於1993年建成的，由於建築物日久失修，因此本司受委託對其結構及飾面進行全面檢測。本項目檢測的目的是監測和分析融和門現有結構及外牆飾面現況，以提供合適的可行方案。

Project Description

Located at 60 meters away from the Praia do Bom Parto, the Portas do Entendimento was built in 1993. 

Due to rapid aging of facade and foundation, CAA was engaged to carry out a comprehensive inspection of the monument. The purpose of the inspection was to conduct building analysis on existing structure to inspect and analyze the foundation and the facade finishes and to provide appropriate solutions accordingly.
