項目以 “澳門最優質居所” 為發展目標，採用國際環保的建築手法結合保護東望洋山保護區的設計理念，打造超越世界一流水平的精品住宅。項目地段包括三幢相連建築，地面6層及地下1層的建築物，共提供30個住宅單位及地面停車場。為提供優美的景觀，住宅頂層設有綠化花槽及游泳池等設施，並採用了坡屋頂來配合松山的天際線。

Project Description

The project is intended to be “the Highest Quality Resident in Macao”. This apartment complex has incorporated international environmental design standard in protecting Guia Hill Conservation Area and building a world class meticulously designed apartment complex.
  
Three blocks of 6-storey apartments contain 30 units with a basement carpark. Rooftop garden and swimming pool are placed on the top level to provide a grand view from the buildings. The pitched roofs are used to allow for a harmonious view of the Guia Hill skyline.
